Introducing
Salome Bikini Studio was founded in 2025 with a simple idea - to create something more meaningful than traditional shopping. A space that feels personal, creative, and deeply memorable.
After years working in fashion design and alongside Bali’s incredible creative community, we felt there was something missing. We wanted to create an experience - one that invites you in, slows things down, and allows you to connect with what you’re making.
Salome is now home to Bali’s premium hands-on bikini-making workshop. Here, you don’t just leave with a bikini - you leave with a memory. Something you’ve created yourself, shaped by your own ideas, and truly unique.
Behind Salome are two founders, whose story began long before the studio. 'We grew up around the corner from each other, working our first retail jobs after school. Fashion has always been something we’ve shared, along with a deep appreciation for thoughtful design and creating things with meaning.'
Both girls call Bali home and have spent over a decade working across design, production, and brand development for leading Australian fashion labels — but along the way, realised the industry was missing something more meaningful, personal, and connected.
'In a world of mass-produced and fast-fashion we wanted to change the way to look at buying clothes'
For years, we spoke about creating something together. Not just a brand, but something with feeling. Something that brings people together, sparks creativity, and becomes part of someone’s story.
The truth is, there’s never a perfect time to start. Jade found out she was pregnant with twins right when we started dreaming up Salome, and there were moments we questioned whether to wait. But some ideas stay with you - and this one had been waiting for us for a long time.
So we took the leap.
Salome is the result of that decision - a space built with intention, creativity, and heart.
