Returns policy

All items, except for swimwear bottoms, head accessories and final sale items, are returnable within 14 days of shipment for store credit or exchange.

Build-your-bikini pieces are made to order, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Refunds are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.

Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition upon receipt.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Salome Studio is not accountable for any lost packages.

HOW TO

1. Please ensure you have met the criteria above before submitting your return.
2. To submit your return click here.
3. Send us a message from the same email used for your order, with your order number.
4. We’ll reply with the instructions to process your return.
5. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions. Ensure you check your promotions or spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox.
